In this paper , using surface photovoltage spectroscopy ( sps ) and field induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy ( fisps ) as a dominated tool , we investigated the surface and interfacial electron structure , charge transfer character of two nanostructured composite system and the effect about atmosphere ( water and oxygen ) on the semiconductor nanoparticles 本论文利用表面光电压谱( sps )和场诱导表面光电压谱( fisps )为主要研究手段对两类纳米复合材料的表面和界面电子结构和电荷转移特性以及空气中水、氧物种等气体分子对纳米材料表面光伏性质的影响进行了探索性的研究。
At last , the valence electron structure of ceramic phase in strontium - and magnesium - doped lagao3 were calculated by eet theory , the results showed that the electrical conductivity is determined by the na and the activation energy of the ceramic phase , we can forecast the ceramic optimizing composition with higher electrical conductivity by studying the na and activation energy of the ceramic phase 最后根据eet理论计算了sr 、 mg掺杂的lagao _ 3材料中陶瓷相的价电子结构,结果表明,陶瓷相的n _ a和活化能是影响电导率的两个主要因素。我们可以通过陶瓷相的na和活化能来预测具有高电导率的材料成分。
