To meet the demand for the high intensity belts , the paper is to design the drum whose diameter is above 1600 millimeter . then modeling , carving up the net , analyzing the stress with the finite element method and finding the focus points of the stress and rebuilding the structure , so that we can design a reasonable drum under the force 本课题主要是为适应高强度皮带的要求,对直径为1600mm以上的大型带式输送机滚筒进行设计,然后用ansys软件建模,进行网格划分,对其所受的应力进行有限元分析,找到应力集中点并对其结构进行改造,设计出受力合理的滚筒。
