结果显示： ( 1 )人精子mr能够诱发去透明带金黄地鼠卵母细胞中皮质颗粒的胞吐，并引起卵母细胞膜表面微绒毛形态和数量发生改变； ( 2 )皮质颗粒胞吐后，其内容物可结合到卵膜表面； ( 3 )抗mr抗血清预处理精子可抑制精子与卵子的结合与融合，使受精率、穿透指数和结合指数下降，并均有剂量依赖性。以上结果提示，人精子mr在受精过程中起重要作用，其主要作用可能是介导精-卵膜融合并促进卵母细胞的活化。
