不问，不说（）是美军1994年至2010年间对待军队内同性恋者的政策，由时任美国总统的比尔?克林顿提出。此政策的核心为，美国政府虽不支持同性恋者参加军队，但军队中的长官不得询问军队成员的性倾向（不问）；同时，同性恋者只要不主动表示他们的性倾向（不说），长官就不会试图揭露、驱逐同性恋者。
