Based on grasping the connotation of sustainable development , the author constructs the two dimensions model to evaluate the conditions of region sustainable development with fractal theory according to its structure of two dimensions of development level and sustainability . the model corresponds the statistical indexes of region sustainable development systeiri to dots on the coordinate of multi - dimension space and takes the fractal dimensions as the parameters of conditions of region sustainable development according to the spatial distribution characteristics of the dots . the author takes nine provinces ( or regions ) of yellow river drainage area as objects to perform applied study and shows the result by gis and vector , this indicates that the model is feasible 基于此,在把握可持续发展内涵的基础上,从发展水平和可持续性的二维结构出发,利用分形理论构建了区域可持续发展评价的二维模型,把区域可持续发展系统的统计指标和多维空间中的坐标上的点对应起来,考察其空间分布的特点,利用分形维数来表示区域可持续发展的状况,并以黄河流域九省区为例进行了应用评价研究,并用gis技术和向量直观的表现了出来结果表明了它的可行性。
Research results and statistical indexes indicated that the construction of models were successful , and the forecasting within the data obtained was relatively precise , whether the result of forecasting for the future was reliable or not , however , much depended on the influence of many external factors such as consumers taste , grain price as well as test of the time and reality 研究结果表明,所建立的三个时序预测模型的拟合度等统计指标高度显著,运用所建模型对所获资料进行的内推预测比较准确,但外推预测结果因影响因素多,其准确性有待时间和实际的检验。
Beginning with the principle and significance , this paper studies the establishment of administration statistical index system with focus on the indexes concerning quality and quantity , change , invest and exploitation of human resources , working time arrangement , productivity , salary and vocational skill tapping 笔者从构建科学合理的人力资源管理统计指标体系的意义、原则开始,着重选取企业人力资源的量与质、变动情况、投入与使用、工作时间利用、劳动生产率、劳动薪酬、职业技能开发等方面,就构建相应的统计指标体系作一些探讨。
