The first chapter firstly describes current situation of composition teaching through three aspects : students " compositions , composition teaching and certain teachers " conception . then it points out two prime causes of the fixed mode in those compositions : the students " lack of individuality and creativity and teachers " conservative teaching conception . finally it states the necessity of developing student individuality during composition teaching . the second chapter mainly discusses the definition , goal and value pursuing of individualized composition teaching 全文共三章,第一章首先从学生作文现状(现象或效果层面) 、作文教学活动现状(操作或实践层面) 、和有些教师的教学观念(理论或观念的层面)三个方面描述了当前作文教学现状,并分析作文模式化产生的根本原因:就学生来说,主要是作文中学生个性和创造力的缺失;就老师来说,主要是有些教师的观念比较保守;然后论述了在作文教学中发展学生个性的必要性。
