As a new building material for reinforcement and strengthening , the supply and application of epoxy resin structural adhesive are more and more , but standard structural adhesive itself has the disadvantages such as worse working performance , low bond strength , brittleness , low elastic ratio . so it is necessary to modify the structural adhesive 环氧树脂建筑结构胶作为一种加固修复的新型建筑材料的需求量变得越来越大,应用的范围也越来越广,但目前环氧树脂结构胶存在工作性能不好、粘接强度不高、脆性大、弹性模量较低等缺点,所以有必要对其进行改性研究。
Sem results showed that , microcrack induction ability of these materials was markness . in a word , the working performance , bond strength , elastic ratio , brittleness of structural adhesive modified by proper materials were improved , satisfied engineering requirement . its modifying technology was simple and convenience , has very high active extending sense and application value in structural adhesive modifying field 采用适当的纳米材料改性环氧树脂结构胶的综合性能优良,能满足工程应用的要求,而且改性工艺简单可行,在结构胶改性领域里有积极的推广和应用价值。
Effect law of different materials on the properties of structural adhesive were studied and the modifying mechanism was discussed by microcosmic testing method . results showed that , when nanosize sio _ 2 dispersed in the epoxy base , effect of nanosize sio _ 2 on working performance was changed obviously , on bond strength , impact strength and heat distortion property were good 论文通过纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙和有机蒙脱土三种纳米材料对常用的环氧树脂建筑结构胶进行改性,研究了不同纳米材料对结构胶的性能的影响规律并通过微观测试手段对其改性机理进行了探讨。
