From the postulate of the stretch - forming , with the help of sheet - forming software , the computer simulation of the stretch - forming of a s - shape aircraft skin is proposed in this paper , including the build of fem mode , the preferences of simulation , the forming , the whole body spring back and the spring back after clipping . the spring back radius is calculated on the simulate results and contrasted with the reality 从拉形的基本原理出发,本文运用sheet - forming对s形飞机蒙皮进行拉形成形的计算机仿真,包括有限元模型的建立、仿真参数的选择、加载成形、整体卸载回弹、切边卸载回弹;运用仿真结果计算回弹半径求出回弹量,并将分析计算结果与实际生产的回弹量对比。
